I never watch vids. on blogs. I couldn't resist! Coy, our dog is vocal like that too. And, so is Billy. I'd love to know what you were doing at the time...to compare dog behavior notes.
you know Trish, it's funny...Marley and Keeks, my two greyhounds, don't bark or howl at other dog breeds on the TV or radio, but if they hear another greyhound rooing like on the video above, they go to town howling! I am convinced that dogs have languages too, just from that!
too cute, Tara, I thought they were your dogs..funny story a friend of mine has a terrier who watches animal shows..literally. He'll sit in front of the tv and bark and stare. When commercial comes on he walks away...back on he comes back..my girlfriend and her family can't watch an animal movie in piece! LOL
Oh, I agree. Dogs have languages. It's amazing how much Billy has changed since Coy has become his sister. And, they are so much like little kids. It's unreal.
